Designer Dolce & Gabbana-Free Claims

SURVEY about tax fraud by the designer duo, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, have ended. Both designers are decided on the courts free of all charges.

Dolce & Gabanna accused of tax fraud by setting up another company in Luxembourg between 2004 and 2005. The company in question is Gado Srl. The company is considered to be the turnover advantage of the Dolce & Gabanna, so the Italian fashion label to avoid Italian taxes are high.

However, the results of the investigation said that Gado Srl, although located in Luxembourg, still operated from Italy. Prosecutors in that case, Laura Pedio, told the court that set up business overseas is a form of tax fraud against the state. However, because Dolce and Gabbana-owned company operated from Italy, they are adjudged to be guilty. Until this news was revealed, there has been no official statement from the Dolce & Gabbana.
